Format
Out of Harm’s Way is typically offered as a 3-hour
workshop. However, it can be as effective offered in two
sessions over two consecutive weeks. Also, the response
from the group may lead to more opportunities. For
example, in one case, the
facilitator chose to continue her role when participants
asked to meet on an ongoing basis to support each other
in teaching the skills covered in the program.
